Renowned International recording artist Prince McSamuel has graced the gospel music scene across Africa for the past two decades. Hailing from Abiriba of Abia State in Nigeria, prolific songwriter, producer, recording artist and worship leader Prince McSamuel has encouraged many with his soul reviving songs. In 2014, Prince McSamuel relocated to Ghana after 17 years of music ministry as the Music Director of Action Chapel in the Republic of Benin to live with his beautiful wife and ministry associate to start a family. Settling in Ghana, Minister McSamuel affectionately called by all, offered his ministry services to the Baptist denomination under which he currently fellowships and heads the Music Directorate of the Baptist International Worship Centre.
Prince McSamuel has been noted for being a worship leader par excellence. In 2012, he released his maiden album “My Worship Diary” in the Republic of Benin with hit song “I believe God” a sensational song of hope and encouragement. Subsequently, Minister Prince McSamuel has gone on to release other amazing singles such as “Be Strong in Faith”, Ome Mma, Jesus is Here, Make a Way, Umbrella, Knowledgeable and many more. Minister McSamuel has also been revered for his amazing musical covers to hit songs as Twale by FloRoca- a musical rendition in collaboration with Impact Project (Ghana), Because You Love me by Celine Dionne and Heal the World by Michael Jackson. In addition, he has been noted for bringing a lot of life and colour to Christmas with his yearly Christmas carol renditions that have blessed many Ghanaian homes for the past four years.
Over the years, Minister Prince has been privileged to have worked with global musical sensations as Manu Dibango (Cameroon), Diane Cameron (USA), Edna Tunou (Benin) and many more. As a music producer, he has also been instrumental in producing Ghanaian musical talents as Sandra Jeadon, Freddie Gadrie, TM Cube and more.
After several years of praying and waiting, Minister Prince McSamuel is ready to bless Ghana with the release of his second album “No Limit!”. On October 1st 2022, at 5:30pm, all roads lead to the Baptist International Worship Centre, Abelenkpe for the Live Album Recording and his official outdooring dubbed “No Limit!”. This event will have on the bill renowned gospel musicians Pastor Isaiah Fosu-Kwakye Jnr, Luigi Maclean and Enyonyam alongside his host choir BIWC Ministers and Friends. This night promises to be a night full of contemporary gospel music, worship, and dance.
