”Clothe your Marriage with Biblical Definition of Love”- Kenyan Gospel Artiste Evelyn Wanjiru
Evelyn Wanjiru, one of Kenya’s renowned gospel artiste has shared a piece of advice on the role of love in marriage. In expressing her view on the role of love in sustaining a marriage, the Kenyan gospel artiste has reiterated that, when you marry the right person, both of you hold each other accountable. You help each other grow and to face the challenges life presents.
In a post sighted on Instagram, Evelyn Wanjiru wrote ”When you clothe your Marriage with the biblical definition of love,God ensures that you have a wonderful marriage behind closed doors and also in public. When you marry the right person,both of you work together and hold each other accountable”
The Kenyan gospel artiste further revealed that, married couple demonstrates Gods love in marriage by helping each other to grow and reaching a higher standard. She wrote ”You help each other to grow and to face life’s challenges together.Solid decisions are made as a team and implemented in unity.Basically,both of you hold each other to a higher standard.This is the essence of what a Godly relationship is all about.You always celebrate each others successes because a marriage is not a competition but is a union of two individuals who combine their strengths and talents for a bigger WIN”
She lastly admonished married couples to recognize the value of God in their marriage/ relationship because God is the sustainer of marriages.
