Popularly known as Krystabel Nana Ama Sikapa Boaheng is a vibrant, intelligent and a ministry minded gospel artiste from Rightway Christian center who has the desire to impact lives with her God given musical ability. Starting her basic education in Dunkwa-Offin in the central region of Ghana, Krystabel excelled with flying colors in her Basic Education certificate Examination after which she had her secondary school education at Boa Amponsem Senior High school. Due to financial constraints, Krystabel had to quit on two different occasions from Cape coast Polytechnic and College of medical Science as a nursing student respectively.
Discovering her musical talent at the age of 7, Krystabel was the lead alto singer at her catholic mother church. Krystabel had preference for R&B, country music and cools when growing up until she realized her passion for gospel music was stronger than the two other genres. In an exclusive interview with Gospel 2me, Krystabel has disclosed that, the pioneers of gospel music in Ghana have laid a good foundation and as such the up and coming artiste have a lot to do in maintaining the good legacy left behind in Ghanaian gospel music. The talented gospel singer who is not yet signed to any record label is of the view that, the support for doing gospel music is very poor yet she is positive that God is working to stabilize situations.
Speaking on her upcoming musical project dubbed “extreme encounter”, Krystabel has disclosed that, her maiden worship event is slated for 12th May 2019 with the purpose of revealing the uniqueness of God in a time of worship and praise. She said ‘’ No one has ever encounters God and remains the same, He dwells in the Praises of His people. When you speak to Him through worship, He adheres to your prayer”. Extreme encounter is scheduled to kick start on 12th May 2019 at the Rightway Christian Centre, Kronom at 3pm with ministration from Joe Bechem, Kofi Preprah, Kojo Adjei, Frank Mensah Junior, Ernest Acheampong, Ama Owusu Boadi, Pastor Ike Osei, and Dominic Kyere.
