Versatile Ghanaian gospel singer Akesse Brempong unveils his much-awaited new single “Victory”, a new upbeat Afro-praise jam that will get you into your victory mode.
The latest record by the award-winning gospel recording artist happens to be his first project of the year (2021). ‘Victory’ features Johnny Haick.
Akesse Brempong, officially known as Phil Evans Akesse-Brempong is one of the most respected gospel musicians in Ghana. He’s noted for his unique blend of traditional and contemporary styles of music.
Akesse has worked with artists like Atta Boafo and Mathew Sarpong. He’s known for songs Yesore Wo, Cant Ever Stop Praising, Mensuro, Closer Walk, Crazy Love, to mention a few.
According to him, he’s influenced by Bebe Winans, Deitrick Haddon, the late Danny Nettey, Josh Laryeah, Nii Okai, and many others. He continues to lead worship and direct music at the Pentecost International Worship center Kaneshie.
