The 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will be the 20th edition of the award scheme designed to recognize, celebrate the hard work and dedication of various stakeholders and players in the music industry.
It’s been duly tagged as music’s biggest night in Ghana and this years’ edition marks two decades of honoring deserving creatives in the music industry in Ghana and Africa at large.
Over the years, the gospel artiste of the year category has been one of the competitive categories in the VGMA. This year’s edition has shortlisted 6 of the renowned gospel artiste in Ghana which has been tagged competitive.
Making it to the top spot is Joyce Blessing, Joe Mettle, Koda, Diana Hamilton, Obaapa Christy, and Akesse Brempong. Amidst the anticipation for the awards night, the question most people are asking is Who deserves the Top spot?
